 Pump down or recover Freon from outside condenser unit and disconnect the copper line set.

 Connect the copper line set and check freon level.

(If freon is needed the cost per pound will be added at the going rate for freon see current freon rates) 

Disconnect existing condenser unit electrical and copper line set, install new condenser unit, connect electrical and copper line set, check freon level.

*Will discard old unit at no charge*

This service includes troubleshooting a faulty capacitor, faulty contactor, bad fan motor, bad compressor leaks on the outside condenser or inside furnace/air handler unit, troubleshooting a faulty temp switch, breaker or fan relay for the inside furnace.

*Price includes minimum charge of two hours labor, subject to increase by $60 per additional hour*

Pump down or recover the freon, disconnect the exisiting A-Coils, reconnect the new A-Coils and check freon levels.

Replacement of condenser fan motor and capacitor.

Replacement of inside unit air handler fan motor and capacitor.

Install service pole and connect electrical wiring to main breaker inside the mobile home. Install ground rod and wiring, connect outside HVAC condenser unit wiring. 

Install electrical wiring from the existing pole to the mobile home main breaker box, connect outside HVAC condenser unit wiring.

Connect septic system wiring outside main breaker panel.

Pole with meter box, weather head with 2" rigid conduit, copper wiring with 2' out of the weather head to the main breaker.
